Brenda Levin FAIA, received the Creative Force Award given by the ArtTable at their November 1, 2003 award luncheon. Ms. Levin was introduced by keynote speaker Frances Anderton, host of KCRW-FM Radio's "DnA: Design and Architecture" and producer of KCRW-FM Radio's "To the Point" and "Which Way L.A.?". Brenda Levin was the first West Coast recipient of the award.

The Creative Force Award honors an individual who has made a distinguished artistic contribution to the nation's cultural life.

The ArtTable is a national organization of professional women in leadership positions in the visual arts. Its members promote greater knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the arts through supporting policies, programs, mentoring and advocacy.
